Third consecutive Super Heavy booster catch. Ship 34 (Block 2) lost attitude control at T+8min due to Raptor engine hardware failure causing propellant mixing. Debris over Bahamas triggered FAA ground stops at Florida airports. FAA closed mishap investigation June 2025.
