Satellogic launched Aleph Observer on February 23, 2026 — a new persistent geospatial intelligence product that enables ongoing monitoring of hundreds of sites daily with predictable delivery. Unlike traditional episodic EO tasking, Aleph Observer provides systematic monitoring of defined areas of interest over time, with embedded analytics to surface change signals. The product runs on Satellogic's active high-resolution constellation (53+ satellites). The announcement came alongside 2025 annual results showing revenue acceleration and the company's pivot toward "space-as-intelligence" rather than "imagery-on-demand."
Feb 23, 2026Satellogic and Australian non-Earth imaging company HEO announced the sale and transfer of the operational NewSat-34 (Mark IV-g) satellite on January 27, 2026. HEO renamed the spacecraft Continuum-1 and became the first Australian entity to own and operate a sub-meter resolution satellite. The transaction, conducted under Satellogic's Sovereignty Government Program, provides HEO with immediate operational capacity and a dedicated on-orbit testbed for non-Earth imaging R&D. Satellogic continues providing operational support. Separately, Satellogic signed an $18 million agreement with CEiiA in Portugal for two NewSat Mark V satellites to be delivered in Q2–Q3 2026.
