WarpWare closes $1.2M oversubscribed pre-seed

WarpWare raised $1.2 million in an oversubscribed pre-seed round structured as SAFEs. Backers were primarily angel groups (Rockies Venture Club, Cowtown Angels, Aggie Angel Network) plus space-focused early-stage funds Vesper Alpha and Marlboro Lane Ventures. Funds will expand agentic engineering tools (AI harness for multilayered testing while keeping experts in control) and sales/marketing. The company reports deployment across more than 20 organisations spanning power-beaming, NASA science, cislunar and launch-vehicle missions.

WarpWare joins Creative Destruction Lab Space cohort 2025/26

WarpWare (rebranded from ATTX) was accepted into the Creative Destruction Lab Space stream for the 2025/26 cohort. CDL provides mentorship and network access across its global sites to help scale the integrated mission-software platform.

ATTX rebrands to WarpWare

After operating as ATTX for approximately two years, the company rebranded to WarpWare to reflect the evolution of its platform into a unified environment covering mission design through on-orbit operations. The change coincided with growing commercial traction and public visibility.

MoU with krtkl on Space Router + WarpWare software

ATTX/WarpWare and krtkl signed an MoU to jointly pursue opportunities pairing krtkl’s software-defined, radiation-tolerant Space Router with WarpWare’s flight, simulation and operations stack. Goal is faster hardware-software integration and more intelligent interconnected space systems for high-performance LEO constellations.
