About

Vesper Alpha is a three-partner pre-seed and seed vehicle that backs B2B deep-tech companies whose products sit inside industrial value chains. Its thesis centres on software-defined geoscience, in-space resource utilisation and the terrestrial industries required before sustained off-Earth operations, plus industrial decarbonisation and grid infrastructure. The firm positions itself as “bridgers” rather than pure observers, emphasising hands-on support for founders navigating long industrial sales cycles.

The only publicly disclosed investment to date is a co-investor stake in WarpWare’s October 2026 pre-seed round (space flight-software and agentic engineering tools). Domain registration and site launch place the firm’s public appearance in mid-to-late 2025.

Founding partners are Salar Javid (Vancouver; former CEO of Outliers Mining Solutions, Rio Tinto and Barrick background, DARPA LunA-10 / Terra2Astra work), Adam Pidlisecky (Vancouver Island / Calgary; Stanford geophysics PhD, founder of 3Pt Science, former Chief Research Officer at Seequent) and Daniel Wallace (Christchurch; former Chief Revenue Officer at Seequent through its ~$1 B sale to Bentley Systems). Team size is three partners; no formal HQ address is published beyond the partners’ locations in Canada and New Zealand.
