SpaceGrade

SpaceGrade OS is a connected graph for complex hardware programs: parts and revisions, suppliers and purchase orders, nonconformances and corrective actions, work orders, requirements, qualification evidence and export-control checks sit in one record. An AI layer (Anthropic Claude, with optional local models) proposes impact analysis, corrective actions and audit packages; every write requires human approval. Free tools include Part Finder (fluid-component search against real catalogs) and LabMatch (draft environmental test matrices with lab quotes). Self-hosted and air-gapped deployments are offered for ITAR/CUI environments.

The product is purpose-built for aerospace and defense rather than adapted from generic PLM; it encodes knowledge of NASA-STD-5001, ASME Y14.5, USML categories and DFARS specialty-metals rules. Integrations listed include Onshape, PTC Creo, SOLIDWORKS, Teamcenter, Arena, Jama, Jira, Slack and others. No public customers, contract awards or flight-heritage claims have been published.

Founded by propulsion engineer George Bondarev (ex-Virgin Galactic / The Spaceship Company, Virgin Orbit, ispace). He has stated he built the product solo in recent months and describes the company as preseed / customer-ready. Location references point to the Denver / Lone Tree, Colorado area and earlier Rockville, MD; team size is 1–10.
