About
NATO’s Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic, which funds and accelerates dual-use deep-tech solutions for Alliance defence and security needs through a network of accelerators and test centres.
DIANA was established to accelerate dual-use technologies that address NATO’s defence and security challenges. It operates regional offices (London and Halifax) and a hub in Tallinn, together with a growing network of more than 20 accelerator sites and roughly 180 test centres across Alliance nations.
The programme provides grants, mentoring and access to test infrastructure. Challenges cover areas that include space-related sensing, autonomy and communications. It is a NATO body rather than a commercial company.
