About

Althimis builds readiness software for drone and counter-drone operations. Spearhead covers unmanned-systems training, simulation and mission planning in shared virtual battlespaces. Guardian lets operators set an air-defense posture and then attack it with scenarios from A²CE, the company's AI adversarial scenario engine, with team rehearsal and after-action review.

In July 2026 Guardian had its first field demonstration with Bundeswehr operators at the German armed forces' Cyber Innovation Hub demo day. Oded Napchi is CEO.

Founded in September 2025 as Althimis Defense, now Althimis Inc., pre-funding and very small as of the last public listing.
