About

Aliena develops integrated Hall thruster propulsion systems covering roughly 100 W to 1.35 kW. Flagship products include the MUSIC multi-stage ignition compact thruster (self-ignition and hot-cathode modes) and the higher-power MESSE engine. Systems are fully integrated with in-house TCU, PMA and tank technology and have been qualified for commercial launchers.

Flight heritage began with a 3U nanosatellite in 2022 and continued with a 12U mission in 2023; additional units are flying or scheduled. The company operates its own Jet Propulsion Test Facility in Singapore and raised a $5.5 M Series A1 extension in 2026 to scale production and expand into Europe.

Founded in 2018 by Mark Lim and George-Cristian Potrivitu; based in Singapore with roughly 20–30 staff.
