Foundational secures £8.2M pre-seed as it emerges from stealth

London-based space technology company Foundational announced an £8.2 million pre-seed funding round to expand its satellite positioning infrastructure. The company plans to turn Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR) into a scalable commercial service by deploying automated ground stations and space hardware.
